ZibaraTech is the brand of an independent technology studio. Each project's scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before delivery.
A deposit may be required. Payments covering completed milestones or reserved work time are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Requirements outside the agreed scope are additional work and may require additional cost and time.
The client is responsible for delays caused by late content, approvals, access credentials or payments.
Ownership of agreed final deliverables transfers after full payment. Pre-existing code, reusable tools and third-party libraries remain with their respective owners.
On cancellation, completed work, external costs and reserved time remain payable.
Hosting, domains, payment gateways, APIs and other external services are governed by their providers.

Published work may be shown in the Zibara portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
A signed proposal or project agreement takes priority over these general terms where they conflict.
